Welcome to our Lawn Mowing services in Penge. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
Service Provider refers to our lawn mowing business operating in Penge. Client refers to the individual or entity engaging our services. Services refer to the lawn mowing and related maintenance tasks provided by the Service Provider.
2. Scope of Services
Our Services include regular lawn mowing, edging, trimming, grass clipping removal, and general lawn maintenance as agreed upon in the service agreement.
2.1 Service Specifications
- Lawn Mowing: Regular cutting of grass to a uniform height.
- Edging: Defining the borders of lawns, driveways, and pathways.
- Trimming: Cutting grass and vegetation in hard-to-reach areas.
- Grass Clipping Removal: Collecting and disposing of grass clippings post-mowing.
3. Pricing and Payment
All Services are subject to the pricing outlined in the agreed service package. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
3.1 Payment Terms
- Invoices: Invoices will be issued monthly or upon completion of services as specified.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
- Due Dates: Payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the invoice amount per month overdue.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Services will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between the Service Provider and the Client.
4.1 Scheduling
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding preferred service times. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide clear access to the property.
- Remove any obstacles that may hinder the Service Provider’s ability to perform the Services.
- Ensure that pets and children are kept safe and secure during service times.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Perform Services with reasonable skill and care.
- Use equipment that is safe and properly maintained.
- Respect the Client’s property and privacy.
7. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions on the Client’s property. Liability is limited to direct damages caused by the Service Provider’s negligence.
7.1 Insurance
The Service Provider maintains liability insurance to cover potential damages arising from accidental injury or property damage during service delivery.
8. Privacy
All personal information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of delivering the Services. We do not share or sell Client information to third parties.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of Services rendered up to the termination date.
9.1 Immediate Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate Services immediately if the Client breaches any terms of this agreement or engages in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Penge.
11. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not liable for any failure to perform Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
15. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce such provision in the future.
